Description: Join us as we venture down into the Southern Hemisphere, where things are a little different. Water goes down the drain counterclockwise, hops get harvested in first part of the year (which is their fall), and those hops are clean and fruity (opposite of our dank and resinous varietals). So slide your lounge chair next to the pool and get ready to relax as we explore all the tropical fruitiness Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, and Rakau have to offer, in our all New Zealand hopped NE IPA. We’re sure you care about the malt in this beer as much as you care about the fine print in a television advertisement, so to brief…..simple, dainty, and crisp. Not malty, but supportive. Now that we covered that, on to the hops. Orange zest, lime, white wine, grapefruit, papaya, peach, passionfruit, and tropical floral notes are just a sliver of the possibilities these hops bring to the party! Our apologies in advance that we don’t serve this beer with a tiny umbrella.
