Since then we’ve tamed fire, got squeezed through evolution, survived wars, pandemics and even Black Fridays ;) But today we have to re-answer these questions for ourselves: what’s the norm? What’s a lot? How much is too much? HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH is a new line of smoothie sour ales, helped along by kettle souring technique and packed with an extremely high level of berries and fruits. For the 1st of the batch, HMTM: RASPBERRY, we added over 300 grams of raspberries per litre and smoothed out berry explosion with lactose, oatmeal and all the sunny memories of the summer. Remember to shake well before use!
