Description: Vintage means of communication, a relic of the past, for most people have no value, being a completely useless artifact, except for the most fanatical technological junkies. However, in the right hands, they can be reconfigured to communicate with each other through a portable, and more importantly, a local network "for their own". We provide the transmission of electric hop signals and present Tap Dat - the new DDH Cryo NE IPA. A pair of Idaho7 and Simcoe lupulin created a rich citrus-tropic flavor and aroma, and a yeast blend from Vermont further revealed and enhanced the aromatic features of the hops on the new side. The flavor is juicy and resinous, with less herbaceous hues and fine dryness in the aftertaste. Not strong enough to change your state of aggregation, but not light enough to leave you indifferent.
