Description: Birdsong is inspired by the traditional Farmhouse Ales of Belgium and France. This blend comprises 4 different ales aged in oak barrels for up to 10 months with our house mixed culture. Visually reminiscent of scorched apricots. This beer opens with strong notes of peach and cranberry fading into hints of golden raisin and strawberry. A mild acidity is balanced with subtle malt notes of wildflower honey before an abrupt, dry finish.
