Description: CONVERGENCE is an Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Spartacus Brewing from Brazil. For this stout we truly converged our recipes which gave us a great foundation to add adjuncts. We decided that adding Brazilian coffee would be our primary adjunct to bring a taste of Brazil to the beer. But from there we thought, "why not go big?" and so we added vanilla and hazelnut to go with it. Barclay Brewing isn't known for adding adjuncts so this is a treat. We hope you enjoy it!
