Description: We took our regular double thai and amped up the citrus flavor. Orange blossom honey and mandarin orange zest were added late into the boil to compliment the citrus flavors from the lemongrass and lime leaves. Fresh mandarin oranges were then added after fermentation to provide more citrus kick!
