Description: A throwback to our Hop Tub Harvest IPA from last year, we went even bigger this year. 950 pounds of locally-grown and malted Violeta 2-row barley from Dark Cloud Malthouse, 110 pounds of freshly-harvested, wet Chinook hops from Mark Thomas with Old Silo Hop Farm, stuffed into our brewing vessels on brew day and 20 pounds of freshly picked and dried Chinook hops from Old Silo and our good friend, Del Hayes. This beer is all about Wet Hops, Freshness, Local, and Maryland terroir. And at 8.5 pounds of hops per barrel the IBUs are anyone’s guess. Drink it NOW!
