Description: So Icyyy is our super-fruited contribution to the Carolina Weisse style. Every batch of So Icyyy is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, milk sugar, oats, and a single pellet of hops. We then open-ferment in red wine puncheons with our aggressive house cultures. For this collection we’ve crammed hundreds of pounds of passion fruit together with a complement of yellow Papaya for a bold - but balanced - fruit flavor.
