Description: So Icyyy is our super-fruited contribution to the Carolina Weisse style. Every batch of So Icyyy is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, milk sugar, oats, and a single pellet of hops. We then open-ferment in red wine puncheons with our aggressive house cultures. For this collection we’ve crammed hundreds of pounds of Mangosteen, Barbados Cherries, Purple Plum, Black Currants, Pink Guava, Yellow Papaya, and Wild Grapes for a bold - but balanced - fruit flavor.
