Description: Our Grand Cru is brewed yearly and its recipe is ever changing. This years 11% offering is deep golden in color and jam packed with caramel malt flavor, toasted bread and a slightly herbaceous hop character. Originally brewed for our first anniversary we then aged a portion of this beer in rum barrels where it continued to evolve and pick up a bit of raisin, burnt candy syrup and soft oak. The resulting beer is slightly sweet, purely decadent and should age well for up to 4 years.
