Description: Brewed for Portland’s Cheers to Belgian Beers festival, this opaque brown witbier gets its spicy, floral fermentation character from our use of the traditional Belgian wit yeast strain. We chose to showcase a bit more maltiness than your standard modern wit, hearkening back to an earlier point in the history of this style. A touch of orange peel, coriander, and chamomile rounds out a dry but lingering finish.
