Description: Even cows need friends, and Elsie is no exception. The boys north of the bridge at Modus Operandi have collaborated with us to produce something unique. Hoppsy Daisy utilises the distinct taste and aroma of American hops with a twist: she is poured with nitrogen to create that creamy texture that only the cows in our pasture can bring... and of course there is lactose added to this beer for a subtle sweetness to complement the creamy texture and contrast the hoppy aromas and flavour.
