Description: We brewed this breakfast stout with waffles from Eaux, Grandy Oats granola, Speckled Axe coffee, and Maine maple syrup from the Portland Food Co-op. It is rich and decadent in body and almost too easy of a drinker. The coffee notes perfectly balance the sweetness from the waffles, granola and maple syrup. It is our ideal breakfast beer.
