Description: A little experimentation never hurt anyone, right? Our friends at Hopunion bequeathed us with a special experimental hop variety: HBC342, which is so new, it doesn't even have a trade name yet! Across the US, only a handful of breweries were selected to receive this hop. We decided to make a single-hop West Coast rye IPA. This beer is hopped from start to finish with only one hop.
