Description: Just because you want a low alcohol beer doesn’t mean you should have to compromise on taste. It was this idea that inspired us at Beer Studio to brew Umeå’s first ever craft lättöl – a pale unfiltered ale at 2% ABV that you can enjoy whatever the time or occasion. Many low alcohol beers are brewed using watered down ingredients and cheap tricks, but not Solo, which is brewed by hand using the same methods as our higher strength beers to deliver its distinctive craft beer aromas and flavour. Each batch is hopped with Fuggles from the UK before being dry-hopped with Summit and Amarillo from the USA to give Solo an aroma of lemon peel and orange and a crisp bitter sweet finish.
