Description: A beer ahead of its time. Colonial Hipster is the first IPA which we actually called a New England IPA. We first brewed this beer in 2017, when Hazy IPA’s weren’t a thing. This is beer number 192 in our beer library, and as it was really well received, it became one of only a few beers we have brought back into production every now and then. Hops aromatic flavour with a clear bitterness, Apricot, Orange Peel, Dark Syrup and Dried Pineapple. In the early days, there was no place for haze, but without delay, it became all the rage. No filters get used, no palates abused, a beer for all, not just colonial hipster dudes.
