Description: “A beer so crazy you may just roll around on the floor laughing like a helicopter. But more likely you will probably just find it interesting, funky, spicy and refreshingly hoppy. Made using Rye, Oats, Caramel wheat over a pilsner malt base. We then layered this with big US hops Chinook, Columbus Simcoe and a little Citra as well as a bit of Kiwi whole cone Nelson Sauvin. Then we chuck in some grapefruit peel (be careful if you are on the pill). We brew this all with a new yeast strain Mangrove Jack’s M27 Belgian Ale Yeast to make it all dry and farmhousey! Bugger LOL, Screw ROFL… this is ROFLCOPTER!”
