Utilizing torrefied wheat and a touch of Copper Carapils, our version of Sonoma Pride is hopped with Mosaic, Michigan Copper and Nelson Sauvin for a ripe, tropical hop profile. A light dry hop enhances aromatics. Proceeds from this Eccentric Cafe only draught release will go directly to relief efforts in Sonoma County, California through the King Ridge Foundation to help families and businesses impacted by wildfires there in 2017. Brewed through a partnership with Russian River Brewing Co.
