Description: Sewolf is what the Celts first called the Vikings. Braggot is long recognized as a Viking and Celtic (especially Cymry) style of brew. Braggots can be made in any style (stout, pale, etc) and uses a significant amount of honey. All Bellwether braggots use more malt sugar than honey sugar (because government). Seawolf is styled after a Celtic interpretation, except that this recipe does use hops.
