Description: We have taken the idea of a veggie beer to another level. We have named this beer Quick Pickle based on the culinary practice of pickling veggies in a sour/sweet/salty solution which is basically what we are doing in our fermenter. This beer has amazing color from NC carrots, & fresh VA Beach cucumbers provide a cool crisp aroma. This is our sourest kettle sour to date. However, the tartness is complimented by a subtle sweetness from the carrot & a gentle salinity from the addition of sea salt. This beer also has some nice guava notes from a small late hop addition of El Dorado hops. To top it off, you are getting 1/10 lbs of carrots per 12oz. pour.
