Description: The older, crankier sister of our Farmhouse Bavaria was made in collaboration with Jace Marti of Schell's brewery. This traditional table farmhouse was dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and then aged with and lactobacillus and brettanomyces to lend an added depth and funk. Flavors and aromas of: squishy fruit, pears, lemon drops and spice. Crisp, tart and tastacularly funky.
