Description: Relic Twenty-8 is the result of 7 months of patient craftsmanship. It is a blend of three different batches. The first was made in April, allowed to ferment in a stainless steel tank and conditioned in a concrete tank. The second was made in May. After fermentation it was blended with the first batch. The third batch was made in August. After fermentation was complete, all three batches were blended together in a stainless steel tank along with blackberries and coconut milk, where it conditioned for an additional two months. Once it was ready, this special beer was hand bottled in elegant bottles complete with cork and cage. Delicious as it is now, it will continue to develop nuanced flavors as it ages. Enjoy within five years.
