Description: BergHOP bristles with resiny bitterness, crowned with the elegant fruity aroma of a newer hop variety called Hüll Melon, named after the hop breeding center in Hüll, Bavaria. The rest of the beer serves to showcase the hops, but its creamy, caramel notes do so with plenty of style. A cool lager fermentation keeps the flavors smooth and focused on the premium ingredients we use. There really is nothing else out there like it. You can think of it as an India Pale Lager if you like; BergHOP has every bit of the punch of a modern IPA, but it goes a little further, offering a refined elegance one can only get from the choicest European hop breeds.
