Description: First we had our head chef slave over the hot coals to roast the richest of pumpkins, laced with a devilish mix of cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of Marsala. Sacks in hand, we then took our special roast to Big Shed Brewing Co where we brewed up a cauldron of malts and roast pumpkin, and later adding head-turning hops to spell a cast on even the most savvy beer drinker. The roasted pumpkin adds a touch of wicked sweetness and a fiendish depth of character balanced with the bitterness from the hops. A malty backbone unravels, balanced with the Goldings bittering hops, with a hint of mischievous spice bubbling up on the back of the palette and dancing on the nose.
