Description: This is our California-style imperial IPA with a subtle hop profile that won't rip your tongue out. It is dry-hopped during fermentation to impart citrusy, piney flavor and a floral, aromatic aroma. Also known as a Double IPA, this full-bodied ale has a complex hop flavor. Think of it as a typical Indian Pale Ale on steroids. The name is a nod to Lonestar Electric of Lufkin, our electric contractor who helped us debug through some electrical phase issues while bringing our brewing equipment online before our Grand Opening. Thanks so much for all your help; may your name live long as our IPA of choice.
