Description: Italiano: Una Imperial Stout ispirata alla tradizione delle Imperial Russian Stout, birre scure e molto alcoliche create nel XVIII secolo a Londra, ad opera della Thrale's brewery, per la corte di Caterina II di Russia. Dal colore impenetrabile e la gradazione alcolica elevata, e' ideale per affrontare il periodo freddo grazie al suo corpo ricco, morbido e cremoso e alle note tostate di caffè e liquirizia che si uniscono suadentemente a quelle mielate. Caratteristiche dovute principalmente alle tipologie di malto usate ma esaltate da un affinamento di tre mesi in botti grandi. Una perfetta birra “da meditazione” o per accompagnare splendidamente piatti importanti a base di carne dalla lunga cottura o dessert al cioccolato. English: An Imperial Stout inspired by the traditional Imperial Russian Stouts that were created in London in the XVIII century by the Thrale's Brewery, especially for Catherine II's court in Russia. With its deep dark colour and an important ABV, Imperiale it's the perfect beer for the coldest months thanks to its round, rich and creamy body and it's roasted coffee and liquorice notes that softly mingle with the honey ones. Uniques features given by the different variety of malts we used, but also by the three month ageing in wooden barrel. A great "meditation beer" to be drunk on its own, but you can also pair it with tasty meat recipes or chocolate desserts.
