Description: ITALIANO - La prima birra 100% italiana con la quale condivide gran parte della ricetta e la provenienza delle materie prime. Acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo, spezie (bergamotto e coriandolo) e lievito sono coltivati in Italia e prevalentemente dal nostro birrificio agricolo. Si presenta limpida, di colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdastri. La schiuma è pannosa e persistente. Al naso spiccano freschi profumi erbacei e agrumati del luppolo americano coltivato nei nostri campi e utilizzato in fiore in infusione a freddo (dry hopping). In bocca, una differente attenuazione la rende meno secca e più amabile rispetto alla versione originaria e spiccano sentori di malto, di agrumi grazie alla leggera speziatura e al luppolo a cui si deve anche una piacevole nota amaricante. ENGLISH - Nazionale Esportazione was born as an evolution of "sister" 100% Italian, the first Nationalbeer with which it shares much of the recipe and the sourcing of raw materials. Water, barley malt, hops, spices (bergamot and coriander) and yeast are cultivated in Italy and mainly from our brewery. Looks clear, straw yellow colour with greenish tints.The foam is whipped cream and lingering. The fresh citrus and herby nose Americanhop grown in our fields and used in flower in cold infusion (dry hopping). In the mouth, a different attenuation makes it less dry and more lovable than the original version and notes of citrus, malt and hop spiciness lightly thanks to whom we owe a pleasant bitter note.
