Description: ITALIANO - Si presenta di colore ambrato chiaro dovuto all’utilizzo di malti d’orzo italiani leggermente tostati, abbinati al malto base pils. La schiuma compatta e persistente ne preserva la fragranza e i profumi quando viene servita. In bocca l’aromaticità dei luppoli anglosassoni donano freschezza e una gradevole nota di amaro che il mastrobirraio definisce “una pennellata d’aromi”. Al naso si percepiscono profumi di malto, lievito e un gradevole finale erbaceo. Lurisia “Speciale” è perfetta per chi ama una birra saporita da bere da sola come aperitivo o abbinata alla carne, ai formaggi stagionati e, perché no, agli hamburger. ENGLISH - It has a light amber color due to the use of lightly toasted Italian barley malts, combined with pils malt. The compact and persistent foam preserves the fragrance and aroma when served. The taste of the aromatic Anglo-Saxon hops give freshness and a pleasant hint of bitterness that the Master brewer calls "a stroke of aroma”. You can smell the scents of malt, yeast and a pleasant herbaceous finish.
