Teo e Greg amici da sempre, decidono di produrre assieme una birra “edizione speciale” che ne festeggi questo importante compleanno. Baladin seleziona i cereali e si occupa della fermentazione e Arrogant Brewing sceglie il luppolo. Ne nasce un’interessante birra caratterizzata dal corpo importante dato dal malto con un elevato grado di amaro caratterizzato da profumi e aromi resinosi, agrumati di pompelmo e di spezie del luppolo americano Chinook. ENGLISH - The american myth Arrogant Bastard Ale was born in 1997, exactly like Super Baladin. Teo and Greg, old friends, decided to brew a “special edition” beer for celebrating this important birthday. Baladin selects grains and thinks about the process of the fermentation, while Arrogant Brewing chooses the hop. The result is an interessant and really distinguished beer: characterized by a strong malty body and a high alcohol level, full of smells and resinous scents, grapefruit and spices typical of the American hop Chinook.
