Description: Settembre is an Italian Ale characterized by the presence of grapes, in our case linked to the territory of origin: organic Malvasia. Grapes are added to the must and, thanks to the microfauna present on the peels, a spontaneous fermentation is triggered. After two months of maturation, the brewed beer is separated, spending a few months of refinement to allow secondary fermentation.
