Description: So here's a question... what the heck is a Lilikoi? A flower? Makes sense, but no. What about an animal? Odd, but no again... Give? It's actually a type of passion fruit. In Hawaii, it's known as Liliko'i, passion fruit and Lilikoi-flavored syrup is a popular topping for shaved ice. For our cider masters, it also makes for an interesting flavor to create a very different cider. This one is semi-sweet and fairly dry with with just the right amount of Lilikoi to add the passion. Not served year round so try it if you have the chance, if you see it at the C'cade.
