Description: Our 4th installment in the Kennel sour series. Heavily dosed with organic rosehips and hibiscus after fermentation this beer pours a rich pink and is as crushable as it is purdy. Hibiscus provides a lemony tartness and berry while the rosehip offers notes of cranberry and a light bitterness akin to black tea. This beer is balanced with the tart, fruit and bitter flavours playing together then quickly dissipating to a clean, dry finish.
