Description: CROSSROADS is a blend of two of our solera sour golden ale base beers, refermented with pineapple and dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo Hops. Cryo Hops are the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils that are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. CROSSROADS is the ultimate expression of fruit and hops in sour beer. Pineapple from the Mosaic hops and actual fruit are complemented by the subtle tartness and funk of the base beer. The blend of all these factors creates a massively fruity beer that finishes with just the right about of bitter dryness that leaves the beer refreshing and crisp.
