Description: EXPERIMENTAL #4 starts as our Solera golden sour ale base beer. After a long rest in A.D. Laws Four Grain Bourbon barrels, we introduced all natural cucumber concentrate to the aging beer. After a short period of time, the beer was racked from the barrels and packaged in 750ML bottles. Extremely reminiscent of your favorite whiskey pickle juice shot, flavors of sweet bourbon and American oak are followed by a pickled cucumber note, that is accompanied by classic Black Project funk and acidity.
