Description: We’ve once again teamed up with Mr. B’s Wine and Spirits in downtown Denver to create FALCON, a blackberry whiskey barrel aged three year spontaneous blend that we refermented with blackberry and sweet cherry. Blended from our barrels with the crew of Mr. B’s, this beer has a driving funk profile, tons of oak character, and finishes like a sweet pie. Mild acidity is cut by vanillin and light spice and a dry finish. FALCON is a beer that will age gracefully, but fruit character will diminish.
