Description: Furthering experimentation with hops and fruit, Kennen is a combination of fresh, hand-processed local grapes coupled with a unique dry-hop addition of Enigma. Using uncleaned barrels from our beer/wine hybrids, we took 18-24 month old beer and rested it on must left over from the previous barrel occupants. Tart and funky, lightly spicy and dry from the grape, but floral and slightly bittered from experimental dry-hopping, Kennen is an exploration of the whole palate and will send you on a journey you may never wish to venture from.
