MAGIC LANTERN was designed for heavy fruit additions - everything from Boysenberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Cranberry, Mango, Rhubarb, and Passionfruit. Nearly all of the sourness comes only from the fruit, so acidity will range from mid to high. Himalayan pink sea salt adds a slight, balanced salinity, and completely changes the experience of the beer.
