Description: Starship is the newest iteration of our lemon and lime beers. This time we took whole, freshly peeled lemons and limes amd added them directly into the coolship to steep overnight while the beer is being inoculated with wild microbes from outside. In the morning, after the beer cooled, it was placed in neutral oak barrels to rest for a year. Once we felt the beer was in a good place we racked it into London Dry Gin Barrels to give further depth and complexity to this already interesting beer.
