Description: Noyaux is an almond flavored liqueur made with stone fruit pits cooked into a brandy. For SUNBEAM, we took various pits from whole stone fruits and blended them in a barrel with our sour golden base to make a beer that recreates the flavor of noyaux. The resulting beer is slightly tart, chocolate and almond forward, with a dry citrus finish.
