Description: Blend of of three different bases, 40% Lambic-inspired spontaneous beer and 60% blend of two spontaneous solera beers. The beer is then re-fermented on 1.5lb/gal of peaches. Beautiful peach flavor, amazing funk, and a brilliant depth of flavor that shines through. This beer is very fruit-forward, but at the more traditional end of the fruiting spectrum.
