Description: This hybrid American-Belgian "table" beer is all about the yeast and hop derived fruit and spice. The aroma of Rook conjures bergamot, citrus zest and fresh toasted French bread. In conjunction with a strong malt body the sheer volume of flavor completely disguises the pleasantly low ABV. This beer is both dry hopped and late addition hopped with lots of spicy Nobel and citrusy Centennial hops. Rook is fermented with the balanced Ardennes-style yeast.
