Description: Blank Slate and Triple Digit had so much fun brewing our DETERMINATION collaboration beer last year that we decided to brew another! This year its FRUITION, an Imperial Saison style Belgian Ale. Not content to just leave it at that, we then added over 80 pounds of blackberries and raspberries to the batch to create a luscious fruit character that poses a nice contrast to the peppery Saison yeast. Our motto for last years beer was "Cincinnati's two smallest breweries DETERMINED to make the best beer possible". This year we hope we've brought that dream to FRUITION!
