Description: 2016 Cincy Beer Week Collaboration with Rhinegeist, Taft’s Ale House and Bad Tom Smith. This is a pepper beer, but without the heat. Poblano, Serrano, Anaheim and Sweet Italian peppers were used to impart a mixture of fresh pepper flavors and aromas but the seeds were removed to quell the heat. Coupled with our house Saison yeast this beer is a bold take on a refreshing summer beer.
