Description: In the past we have brewed a couple of special batches in collaboration with local award winning homebrewers, something we LOVE to do. This time around it's Phil Meyer's Best of Show winning Saison. With a recipe that was just about as "simple" as it comes we really let the yeast shine through in this one. Notes of citrus and pepper meld with the simple graininess of German Pilsner malt and a touch of earthy hops. A dry and oh so slightly tart finish round out the palate leaving you ready for the next sip.
