Description: A blend of wild golden and wit beers from our wild cellar, matured with Snozzberries in oak barrels. 2016 produced the largest Snozzberry harvest on record, enabling our brewers to be especially particular when selecting berries for this year's blend. Our preferred batch was shade-grown on a southern-facing micro-lot, watered with unfiltered glacial runoff, and hand picked at their peak of ripeness (at midnight on July 32nd). The result is whimsically fruity and tartfully tongue-provoking—with notes of strawberry, apricot, golden raspberry, and tropical mango. “A little beer now and then is relished by the wisest men.”
