Description: Our brewers used organic maple syrup in this special variation of Super Nebula, our imperial oat stout. We then matured the beer in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. After barrel maturation, the beer was blended and conditioned on fresh coffee beans, specially roasted for us by our friends at Holderness Coffee Roasters.
