Description: Holy Guava! Pucker Up, Pucker Up!! This Brett Saison is ready to punch you in the mouth with fun and funk!! We started with our Brett Saison aged 14 months in neutral oak barrels and leaned into the fruity, earthy foundation by dry hopping it with Simcoe and Centennial Hops. We then let it rest on just under a pound of guava per gallon. The combination resulted in a mouth puckering fruit explosion of peach, pear and orange with a hidden hint of strawberry sweetness that shows itself just before the earthy spiciness and musty Brett funk take hold and dry everything out. You will definitely be ready for the first drink after the first sniff, and the second drink after the first…and on down the path from there! Cheers!
