Description: Fresh Hopped: Well, there is no real Webster’s definition of this but the general consensus is these are “Ales that are hopped exclusively with fresh, undried “wet” hops that are less than 24 hours off the vine”. Ours are from our very own state and only available one time a year (since harvesting can only happen…one time a year). This beer is named after the Creek that runs through the Rhynalds Hop Farm in Prague NE. These kind folks give us a holler when they are ready to harvest and we plan a brew day within 24 hours of them pulling off the beautiful Cascade and Glacier Hops that make up this beer. If you’re lucky enough to be here on release day you will be drinking a mildly toffee sweet, pale ale that has a fresh flowery kiss of grapefruit, pear, apricot and spice that went from the Hop Vine to your pallet in about 2.5 weeks. Enjoy it while it’s here cause once its gone you won’t be able to get it for another year!
