Description: A manager here at Blue Corn kept asking for a 'boat beer' something refreshing he could drink on his boat in warm weather. We finally made it, but ironically in the winter... This Dortmunder Export lager is all about balance and finesse. We used German Pilsner and Munich malts, a clean German lager yeast, and just enough hop bitterness to give it a nice crisp finish.
