Description: A very well balanced Red American Pale Ale. We derive our beer names from musical influence, and this beer takes its name from a classic blues standard “Little Red Rooster” written by the late great blues singer, songwriter and bass player Willie Dixon. A reddish-copper colored, refreshing and hoppy ale, with supporting malt to make for a very balanced and drinkable beer. The clean hop presence reflects classic American hop varieties. We use a blend of Munich, Pale Ale and Vienna malt with a handful of specialty malts for flavor and color. Hops include Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic and Simcoe. A really smooth and tasty beer. Notes of Bread crusts, Caramel and nuts with hop flavors including fruity-citrus and pine.
